I understand that to remain a Next Lev Marketer, a $49.00 annual Next Lev Marketing Fee must be paid.
I may not accept cash for any account. All orders and payments must be submitted online through the i-AdMe designated websites. Checks for pre-pay plans or larger multi-location accounts must be made payable to i-AdMe LLC.
I will not set up a sales team outside of the Next Lev Marketing program.
I understand that to receive my commissions, I must maintain 3 active personal accounts.
I will make sure all clients are aware they have 3 business days to cancel and receive a refund on their account set-up minus activation fees. There are no refunds on the activation fees.
I am aware that the customer’s first month begins when the account is set-up, and they must activate their mat/digital business card as soon as possible.
I am aware that I may not make any representations, guarantees, claims, or promises of any increase in sales, customers, or revenues.
I am responsible to make sure my clients are utilizing the social media mat properly.
I agree to maintain a relationship with my clients and periodically follow-up to see how things are going and renew contracts on renewal dates.
I verify that I have carefully reviewed and fully understand i-AdMe’s Next Lev Marketing Terms and Conditions, which can be found on www.i-adme.com/nlm/terms-and-conditions/. I acknowledge that i-AdMe has a global commitment to integrity, and as a Next Lev Marketer, it is my responsibility to uphold this commitment and always operate my business the right way.
Yes, I want to become a Next Lev Marketer. Neither I, nor my spouse/life partner (unless they are my sponsor), have had any other interest and/or benefit in any other i-AdMe Next Lev Marketer position within the 3 months prior to the effective date of this Agreement. I have read and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Next Lev Marketing Terms and Conditions, the i-AdMe Policies and Procedures, and the Next Lev Marketing Program, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement and are available for me to review, store, or print at www.i-Adme.com/community/policies-and-procedures, www.i-adme.com/nlm/terms-and-conditions/, and at www.nextlevmarketing.com.
